The graph shows how the ownership of vehicles has overall increased through times even though it has fell during certain time periods.

There is generally one thing on a teen's mind  when they turn 15 or 16, their license. Cars play a big role in many peoples lives. They either sell them, buy them, carpool or use them to transport people and objects. The cars in the 1950s relate to cars today because the cars back then were the beginning sketches of  the elaborate sports cars and more functionally shaped designs. It went from a boxier design to a rounder one. This is also a progression still being worked on today. Most new cars out today have a rounder descending look.
